Do the listed prices include delivery and installation?
Yes. Listed model prices include standard delivery and installation within our Peninsular Malaysia coverage. The final quote confirms your model, location and access requirements. Stairs, lifting equipment or other special access may require additional arrangements, agreed before the work.
How long does delivery and installation take?
Delivery depends on model availability, location and access. Our usual planning guidance is 7 working days for in-stock Klang Valley models and 30 working days for other states. We confirm the schedule in your quote; custom models and complex installations may take longer.
Can I contact you for emergency safe opening?
Our WhatsApp is reachable anytime, including outside normal 9am–5pm business hours. Tell us your location, safe brand or model and the problem so we can arrange assistance as needed. Proof of ownership is required. We assess non-destructive methods first where possible.
How do I choose the right safe?
Start with what you need to protect, the usable internal space and the available location. Compare the model’s dimensions, weight, lock and stated protection. Fire resistance and burglary resistance are different: ask for the specific model’s rating and supporting information. Send us a shortlist on WhatsApp for advice.
