Our Story
Safe Sangat was started in 2020 by Iskandar Rafi under Neatly Nea Venture — built to give Malaysian businesses access to proper safe solutions with real installation and real after-sales support, not just a box dropped at the door. Over the years, we grew into a nationwide team serving 500+ businesses and homes across Peninsular Malaysia. In 2025, with the continuous support of our customers, we incorporated Neatly Nea Sdn Bhd — formalising our structure so we can keep growing and serve our clients at a higher level.

Owner
Iskandar started Safe Sangat after seeing too many businesses buy safes online with no reliable installation or after-sales support. He handles key accounts, supplier relationships, and sets the direction for how the company operates.
Abdullah
Head of Operations
Abdullah runs the logistics side of Safe Sangat — delivery scheduling, installation crew coordination, and making sure every job is completed on time. If your safe arrives without a scratch, that's Abdullah.
Razak
Safe Specialist
With over 8 years installing and servicing safes across Malaysia, Razak knows every major brand inside out. He's the one we call when a job gets complicated — and the reason our installation standard is what it is.
Shanetha Simon
Marketing Manager
Shanetha manages Safe Sangat's digital presence, content, and customer communications. She's also the person behind most of the copy you've read on this site.
