The Falcon FRC2 is a two-drawer fire-resistant filing cabinet built to protect documents, records and media against fire. It combines genuine certified fire protection with the everyday convenience of a heavy-duty filing cabinet.

Fire-Tested Document Protection

Falcon FRC cabinets are tested to JIS S 1037:1989 — withstanding a furnace held at 1,000°C for a full hour, a level of heat only reached in a furnace or oil-rig fire. In a typical building or shop-house fire, the cabinet can easily resist more than three hours. Double tongue-and-groove construction between the body and each drawer front blocks the passage of flames and seals against heat and vapour, while every drawer compartment is individually insulated so a fire in one drawer won't spread to the others. A Fire Swell substance adds passive protection, and the impact-absorbing plinth is drop-tested to survive a building collapse.

• 2 key locks plus a combination lock — individual or central locking, upgradable to any UL-listed digital lock
• Heavy-duty drawers rated to 80 kg each on ball-bearing runners
• Drawers pull out to 90% for easy filing and retrieval
• User-friendly press-button handles with a slim 3 mm locking rod
• Anti-scratch Durotect PUR Plus finish in Beige, Light Grey or Dark Grey
