The Falcon FRC4 is the largest in the range — a four-drawer fire-resistant filing cabinet for organisations that need the most protected document storage in a single unit, with full certified fire resistance.

Fire-Tested Document Protection

Falcon FRC cabinets are tested to JIS S 1037:1989 — withstanding a furnace held at 1,000°C for a full hour, a level of heat only reached in a furnace or oil-rig fire. In a typical building or shop-house fire, the cabinet can easily resist more than three hours. Double tongue-and-groove construction between the body and each drawer front blocks the passage of flames and seals against heat and vapour, while every drawer compartment is individually insulated so a fire in one drawer won't spread to the others. A Fire Swell substance adds passive protection, and the impact-absorbing plinth is drop-tested to survive a building collapse.
