The Falcon Strong Room Door SSM50 transforms a reinforced room into a high-security vault. With a 2-inch (50 mm) protective core inside a 150 mm door, it delivers genuine bank-grade defence for commercial vaults, jewellers, data rooms and private strong rooms.

Vault-Grade Construction

The 750 kg door slab is built around a special-formulated SF2000 high-strength concrete core, layered to resist drilling and forced attack. The boltwork is engineered to withstand a 5-tonne hydraulic-jack attack, while a reinforced, filled door frame and Falcon's full vertical interlocking rebate keep the door locked shut even if the hinges are cut off.

Locking & Boltwork

Heavy boltwork and dual UL-grade locks secure the door:

• Six heavy-duty 38 mm moving horizontal bolts plus a full vertical interlocking rebate
• Sargent & Greenleaf UL-listed 3-wheel combination lock (1,000,000 variations)
• Witkopp CAWI 7-lever key lock (two 160 mm keys)
• Live & dead re-lockers seize all bolts under attack; upgradable to a glass re-locker
• Smooth-moving wheel handle; optional time lock, digital lock or 4-wheel combination

Independently Tested & Certified

The SSM series is tested and compliant to ANSI/UL 687:1981 for burglary-resistant safes (TRTL-60 class) — proven against high-speed drilling, 5-tonne hydraulic-jack and oxy-acetylene flame-cutting attacks — and fire-tested to JIS S 1037:1989, rated for 95 minutes of fire resistance.

Ideal For

Commercial vaults, jewellers, bullion and cash-handling rooms, and data or document strong rooms. Options include a ventilation grille gate, emergency breathing tube, emergency exit door and stainless-steel cladding.
